Who cares!!!! Is this what the Public Onion has become, a paper of really worthless news. I love the fact of living in a small town, it has its perks, but also the downside is like the Public Onion, reporting the most undesirable news. There is a whole world out there of intereting news going on, and they report on a kid going fast.....
Who is directing and writing this paper, the children of the middle school...oh no wait, THEY would even write about more interesting developments going on.

Well at least no one has broken out the weak "don't the police have anything better to do?" line yet. Usually two or three dumb hicks throw that one out there every time someone clearly breaks the law and is held accountable for it.

If he was going at such extreme speed
he would, necessarily, have thought that everyone
else was going, extremely, slow and would never
have realized that his impressions of speed
did not negate the truth of the hard
awaiting Reality or the eventual necessity of the cessation of movement which he was attempting to surpass by transcending the heavenly
speed-of-light barrier which, itself, negates
not at all the necessity of far slower speeds on earth which are, by nature, all susceptible to constraints by the laws of matter which are ever involved in any terrestrial "speed limits".

In other words, speeding is proven to be, rather, useless...since no matter how fast one goes in a transportive vehicle, one will not be able to transcend, on earth, that motion which surpasses the speed-of-light in the heavens or even come anywhere near such speeds...which makes all speeding on earth seem, rather, slow...by comparison.

I speak "semi-satirically".

Finally,

It's funny how the police in this area are worried about someone going that fast at 5 something in the morning. They don't do shit about real crime, they are only out to make a buck. And BTW 81 is fast on some parts of that road, but there are others you can get upwards of 150 on a crotch rocket. Maybe the cops should actually do something about cars going like hell through residental areas where there are kids playing for once.

I'd wager that if you were on that road and this clown blew by you doing 81, you'd probably wish there was a cop ahead somewhere to pull him over. This time there was. Don't shift blame to the police because they were doing their job. The last time I checked, speeding was illegal and if you do something illegal, you commit a crime and it's as real as any other other crime.

Daily Horoscope for January 7

Cancer

You feel the urge to move onward, powered by your wisdom: when you're right, you're right. You may feel that any further explanation is unnecessary, but the people you're dealing with might need it spelled out for them. Take the time to draw a picture or use smaller vocabulary words to get your point across, Cancer. A public demonstration will probably prove to be the last word on the subject.
