Man charged with theft of fundraising canister
A SOUTH Wilmington man was charged with the theft of a United Way fundraising canister Wednesday.
THREE TEENS were cited for disorderly conduct for throwing eggs at 8750 Reed Road about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Tornado Reported in South Suburbs
A tornado has been reported Saturday night in south suburban Will County and southern Cook County.

No fatalities have been reported. At 6:04 p.m., a tornado touched the ground near southwestern Monee and moved northeast at 26 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.
