Three north-central Pennsylvania residents were caught in Reading's City Park with crack cocaine early Saturday, city police said.

State Rep. Rick Mirabito, D-Lycoming, is gearing up to educate the public about EMS Week - a national celebration to honor Emergency Medical Service workers - with a healthy communities event in South Williamsport.

Three commencement ceremonies will be held May 17 and 18 for the nearly 900 Pennsylvania College of Technology students who have petitioned to graduate following the spring 2013 semester.

Fifteen senior graphic design students at Pennsylvania College of Technology will exhibit their work as part of "Design: 2013" at The Gallery at Penn College, on the third floor of the Madigan Library.
