Milwaukee County Judge Kitty Brennan appointed to District I Appeals Court

Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Kitty Brennan has been appointed to the State Court of Appeals to fill the vacancy in District 1 created by the death in July of longtime Appeals Court Judge Ted Wedemeyer.
