Grants sought for Colchester/South Hero bike ferry

Free Press Staff Report Local Motion, the bicycle and pedestrian advocacy group, is seeking grants to make improvements to the 200-foot gap between the tip of the Colchester Causeway and Allen Point in South Hero for its bike ferry.
