South Euclid will repave Fay Drive and Sherwood Road next year after city council voted to approve the project at a meeting Monday, Dec. 9. "My contention is that there are roads that are so horrible people's cars fall apart when they drive them and they are through roads that see much more traffic than these small roads," she said.
