Uptown bank robbed Friday afternoon

A man robbed the Fidelity Homestead Savings Bank in the 1200 block of South Carrollton Avenue Friday about 3:20 p.m. The man walked into the West Carrollton neighborhood bank and handed the teller a note demanding money, FBI spokeswoman Sheila Thorne said.
