Critics end fight over Somis wedding venue - Updated
The Ventura County Board of Supervisors today appeared to finally close the book on an effort by a Somis-area couple to open a wedding venue at their home, by approving a permit that will allow them to hold only 10 weddings a year, and only in the daytime.
