A 52-year-old Franklin man was arrested Thursday and charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, Somerset County Prosecutor Geoffrey D. Soriano, Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Chief of Detectives Stuart A. Buckman and Franklin Township Chief of Police Lawrence W. Roberts said Friday in a news release.
