DUI murder case heads to grand jury

I hope he gets the max for murder. Sheila was a dear friend of mine.He knew before getting behind the wheel after drinking, that the possibility of wrecking could happen. Pre-meditated in my opinion.The Lovell family deserves to see him sentenced to the max.It don't matter to me where he is from, he did the crime, he should spend the FULL time. Whether she had a seat belt on or not, I don't think she could have survived that crash. Her car looked like a pop can after he slammed into her.I hope the judicial system don't fail her.He had every chance in the world and still does. He is alive. My friend can never see us again. She can never tell her young son that she loves him.He, along with his sister can never have their mother smile at them again with that un-forgetable smile she had.It is such a tragedy and I miss her so bad. I can only imagine how her husband and children feel.

Mexican or not, he had been drinking. If there was no alcohol in his system, then you could make an argument. He was impaired by alcohol. Period.

ok people, this needs to end right here, and right now. my aunt's death has been over a week and a half ago but people continue to gossip about it. it would not have mattered if she had her seatbelt on or not, she still would have died.and i don't care if it was one beer or five beers that he had, he is still responsible for his actions. if you have any respect for my grieving family, you will end these pointless arguments and comments. please let my aunt rest in peace.

well hear this yes indeed a seat belt can come undone,had a real good friend who was killed in a car wreck that had their seat belt on and yes indeed it came undone.
