She was a wondeful lady, who loved her family, friends and her community. She will be missed for years to come. Anyone who knew her would say she always had some advise to give on riding and what could help you to make yourself a better rider. The A** hole who did this needs to be punished to the max and then some. I hope the drinks were worth taking a wonderful lady from the life she loved and the family who loved her dearly, no punishment will be good enough or hard enough for taking an innocent life. Anyone who drinks and gets behind the wheel of any vehicle and thinks they are ok to drive, take a good look at all the families who have lost a loved one or a friend and think what if it was my family or friend. I know that the people who travel that highway are mostly innoccent people and then you have the creeps that go to the lakes drink and drive home and someone usually loses and loved one, but the person who takes these innoccent lives walk away from it, for what, to do time to live with what they have done and lives they have destroyed, to be able to breath air and that they can continue to live and see their families and walk on this earth. There needs to be a bigger punishment for these people, they need to build vehicles that maditory have breathilizers built in to the vehicle from the factory and not just have to get them after they have killed someone or almost kill someone. STOP it before it happens.... I am going to miss you Mid and you will always be in my heart and thoughts.

this is a horrible and senseless tragedy. i am so sorry for the friends and family of the victim and also for the family of ron zigan. so many lives have been impacted because of his behavior. i am an alcoholic and a drug addict in recovery and i thank God that i am not using and drinking and endangering lives. alcohol and illicit drug use has caused so much destruction in so many lives, yet year after year more and more people join the ranks of the "chemically dependent". please learn from this situation if you are addicted to any substance because it could have been you or I that cost this lady her life.

We are shocked and saddened to see this bad news. We always stopped at Mid's latte stand when we passed through town & enjoyed bantering with her & getting to know her more each time. This is a huge loss. We will miss her immensely and wish Jeff and all of her family peace.
