As consumers move through an increasing maze credit-card offerings, the gurus of plastic are churning out an increasing number of lists on low-interest-rate and no-fee credit cards. A series of burglaries was being investigated by Lubbock police, including clothing valued at $1,000 was reportedly taken from an auto owned by a female college student of Chitwood Hall at Texas Tech.
