3 at the Arab Instructional Site and Nov. 6 and 20 at the Boaz campus from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Registrants must have a driver's license, Social Security card and $50 . Those who are 17 must also have a high school withdrawal form and a notarized parent permission letter.
