Homes, vehicles in Toms River being shot with paintballs

Police are investigating more than 20 incidents of a dark-colored 4-door vehicle, possibly a PT Cruiser, shooting yellow paintballs at homes and motor vehicles in the township, said police Chief Michael Mastronardy.
