Community service has given Eagle Scout Brian Kelly a sense of purpose.The 18-year-old Horizon City resident was recently awarded the Eagle rank, the highest in the Boy Scouts.

Brian your accomplishments are impressive for anyone!
Scouting is a wonderful program that gives boys and girls a chance to develop into caring, community minded adults. I am saddened that the Scouting program in El Paso County is not as strong as it should be. Kids active in Scouting so not become active in gangs, drugs, and rarely if ever drop out of school.
