Jury finds Dayton man guilty in child rape case
A Montgomery County Common Pleas jury reached a guilty verdict on all charges Wednesday afternoon in the case of a Dayton man accused of two counts of rape involving a child under 13, seven counts of gross sexual imposition involving a victim under 13 and two counts of importuning.
