Jason Garcia, 20, of 3211 Arbor Drive, Shrewsbury, was sentenced to five concurrent terms of 3 to 4 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card, possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and possession of a large capacity firearm. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 9 months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of gabapentin with intent to distribute.
