Prosecutor weighs death penalty in police slaying

Freud: This "suspect," that is what we will call him. This "suspect" had a vehicle that matched the description of the vehicle at the shooting, this man had bomb materials, and bombs at his house that were4 rigged to explode, this man also has a rifle, that was taken from his house, and is a ballistic match to the weapon used against the officers.
