An addition to the fire hall in Shippenville, a small addition to the sewage plant in Sligo, a bar in East Brady and a 12-lot subdivision in Farmington Township were recently approved by the Clarion County Planning Commission.

The Paint-Elk Joint Sewer Authority won't pursue an agreement with a private developer any further, but is continuing to work on a proposal for an agreement with Shippenville Borough.
