Shiloh School District will soon be no more. Gov. Jon Corzine signed into law today a bill clarifying the procedure for the elimination of 26 "non-operating school districts", school districts across the state which assemble budgets but do not operate schools, instead sending their students to other districts via "send-receive" relationships.
