ST. ALBANS - A 44-year-old Swanton man charged with killing two people last year has been jailed without bail for violating the conditions of his release, by mowing a lawn.

ST. ALBANS CITY The suspect in a West Swanton double-homicide that occurred last summer is being held without bail after one of the victim's parents caught him violating his conditions of release.
