Tourism exec overcomes delays, determined to open Sharon Springs spa in 2019
The owner of a New York City tour bus company is determined to re-open the former Imperial Bath and Spa in Sharon Springs, New York, after a 10-month delay that saw him lose an investor and replace his general contractor. Kyusung Cho , owner of Dongbu Tour & Travel in Flushing, has hired downstate contractor Nextcom Construction and is negotiating with new investors as he tries to rebuild an industry that used to bring 40,000 visitors a year to the rural Schoharie County village.
