Appeals court upholds dismissal of spot zoning suit against Shallotte

The N.C. Court of Appeals has upheld a judge's dismissal of Shallotte Point residents' lawsuit against the town of Shallotte, stating their claim of spot zoning to allow for a condominium project was unfounded.

This is an injustice.......sewer line with junction was put in advance of rezoning (and with a federal grant).....it was spot zoning, no doubt about it.......money and connections win out again.
And, Town Administrator already moved onward........funny, no?
