Woodbridge, Conrail agree on 'quiet zones' at four rail crossings

Years after residents and officials first blew the whistle on increasing noise from trains and their horns, the township reached an agreement with Conrail this month on creating four "quiet zones" at rail crossings in Woodbridge Proper and the Sewaren section section of the township.
