Water, sewer rates will rise as 2010 starts
SENECA – Water and sewer rates are on the rise. Starting Jan. 1, 2010, village water and sewer users will pay $11.50 per month for up to 1,000 gallons of water, and $5.75 per month for each additional 1,000 gallons of water above the minimum.
