Four charges filed against Andrews in Polk County

Four new charges were filed against former city councilman and executive director of the chamber of commerce Dan Andrews on Friday -- two counts of false statements to a financial institution and two counts of obligating a corporation beyond authorized amount.

i think that andrews fell through the cracks. and that there are others out there working for the county that would make his crime like stealing milk bottles off porches, he has done alot for highlands county. one must never forget that. betty
