Two issues I haven't seen addressed directly by the pro incorporation group - 1) If the big developments (Tehama, etc.) are no longer included in the revenue source for the new town, what do the numbers look like without them? Is the new town still solvent without them? If the town is still solvent without them, where can I see a chart that shows that? And 2) If Woodside spends $2 million a year for road upkeep on less than half the miles in Carmel Valley, what magic money are they going to use to get away with spending only $500,000 a year on the new Town of Carmel Valley's roads? Residents already complain about the road service we get now and how it's gone from C grade to D and lower. How much does the county spend on road service in Carmel Valley now?

True for Sure. While traveling it always seems that the worst road in CA is in the village. Then they fix it and tear it up over and over. Now there are markings on the ground that indicate a new round of work. Last summer the road was actually melting thanks to Monterey Peninsula Engeneering.
