Changes to roads, zoning in Gardens Corner area gains approval
Ten parcels in Gardens Corner -- including the Seabrook Furniture Company and the Piggly Wiggly grocery store on Dairy Farm Road -- on Monday were recommended for upzoning to "rural business district."
