There are no public records to account for tens of thousands of dollars that were paid out of a top state senator's campaign fund, and state officials do not view the expenditures as a violation, a newspaper reported.

The Federal Government needs to get control of the state of PA. Corruption all the way to the Gov. Office. Every branch of state govt. is corrupt. I wonder who is Sen. Mellow's MAJOR Contributor!!!!!!!!!!HUM, I wonder who? The media needs to expose this Sen. for what he is. A crook!
