A two-lane resurfacing and bridge repair project is set to begin on Ohio 140 in Scioto County as preliminary operations get under way this week.

Scioto County Sheriff's deputies have arrested Milford E. Clarke, age 33, of Jackson, and charged him with one count of burglary, a felony of the second degree, and having weapons under disability, a fifth-degree felony.
