Phoenix police arrested David Marmolejo in 2006 on suspicion of KIDNAPPING, robbery and RAPE, said Officer Luis Samudio, a Phoenix police spokesman. How the case was resolved, if at all, was unclear, as Phoenix police said the case records were not immediately available.

Anyone know the story on this?
