Fresno woman who caused havoc downtown sentenced to jail

A 33-year-old woman who Fresno police say was arrested three dozen times in 2013 -- only to be released from jail -- will remain behind bars at least until June next year, a judge has decided. On Wednesday, Judge Brian Alvarez sentenced Magnolia to four years in jail after pleading no contest in Fresno County Superior Court to felony charges of battery on a police officer, auto theft and grand theft.
