"Problems with an arcing wire" were cited by Lt. Mike Misiak of the Sanatoga Fire Company 's fire police crew as the reason for closing a portion of North Pleasant View Road this morning sometime after 4 a.m. A PECO electric utility crew was on the scene for repairs, Misiak said, but the cause of the problem was not immediately known.
