CHP Locates, Rescues Imperiled Elderly Driver

An elderly El Sobrante man was found relatively uninjured on Monday morning after he apparently drove off a Contra Costa County roadway and crashed down a 300-foot embankment, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Thank god he didn't kill anybody! El Sobrante is full of elderly drivers who really should not be driving.
Last year my neighbor's mother was killed while crossing the street on May Road, in front of Sheldon School.That Driver was also an elderly person, who later was found not fit to drive. It took the DMV almost a year to revoke her license.
