Police Blotter: Domestic disturbance warrants emergency protective order

July 28 Fraud - Valero gas station, Monterey Road, 9:44 a.m. A resident reported they lost their card at the station, and someone has used to charge $1,788.20 in Morgan Hill, San Martin and Gilroy.
