CA: AC Transit Director Fined Over Alleged Election Violations
Aug. 03--HAYWARD -- An AC Transit director has been slapped with a $7,135 fine by the Fair Political Practices Commission over failing to timely file election campaign statements. The July 19 action against Mark Williams comes just months after he faced $60,000 in penalties from the state commission for allegedly failing to file a dozen campaign finance reports dating back to 2012.
