It sounds as though Temple City voters think that the schools are continuing to do a good job and they chose to retain their board members. This is a tough time for school districts with the state budget cuts and experience matters.

I tried to get them to hold a campaign event at my restaurant but nobody would return my calls. The School District is too squeaky clean for me--no allegations of drug dealing, bribery, search warrants, pay-off's. How boring! Anyway, the winners and loser are still welcome to have an extra side of bleu cheese dressing when they drop in and...

It is a sad day today to know that the city of San Gabriel can be bought. Well at least Svonkin is out in two years, hopefully.

Knew Walker was a straight shooter!

Knollenberg go my vote and support because he wasa not affiliated with the old regime. While Smith on the other hand was known to most of us as a hidden player with his affiliation to the "Unholy Trinity" HILLARD-WILSON-SEARS A vote for Smith was a vote for the old broken establishment in most of our books that have been paying atttention these past years.

Money and unions bought the election. Svonkin will never be re-elected in SG. He is a loser. Time to start looking for a replacement candidate. I think Ammon can run again and win.
