and I hope the jurors for this Fierro punk really see what this punk is all about. Fierro walks around freely like his stuff does not stink but in reality, he is no different than any drunk driver anywhere in the country. Did he make a major mistake by killing an innocent person, yes he did and he should admit it. But no, he decides to take the defensive and attacks everyone else who does not agree with him. This is why he is going to fall and end up losing in the end. Either way, whether he wins his case for himself or not, his nanme is no longer respected anywhere in NM and he has tainted his name for a lifetime. It's over for him. There is nothing he can do to gain his name on a respectful level and the best thing he can do is try to hide change his name in the courts and try to hide his defense. But truly in the inside framework of this fierro mindset, he is a killer and he cannot change that event in his lifetime either.

FACT: Fierro killed a man.
FACT: Fierro was intoxicated over the legal limit.
FACT: Fierro's job was to make sure that people followed the laws.

FACT: Fierro broke the law he was hired to enforce.

FACT: Fierro should receive the same sentence for murdering a person with prior knowledge of wrong doing (DWI laws).
