Sorrento Valley: Woman suffers two broken legs, possible DUI arrest
A 48-year-old woman suffered two broken legs and was facing a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol this morning after she rear-ended a car stopped at a red light in San Diego's Sorrento Valley neighborhood, police said.
