San Mateo sales tax, SFO hotel taxes set to rise

It will soon be a bit more expensive to buy anything in San Mateo or stay in a hotel near San Francisco International Airport after voters convincingly approved seven tax-hike measures in Tuesday's election.

If the city taxes tobacco, beer, porn magazines, and adult match services. Clear prostitute hotels for adult ratings.
It is more than welcome. Tax the predator, spare the sheep.
