Delay in opening San Carlos precinct prevents man from voting

Voting problems in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties were far and few between Tuesday, but at least one San Carlos resident with a flight to catch was unable to vote after finding his polling location still being set up at 7 a.m., according to a San Mateo County elections official.
