What a great story!.. and to think ACLU has some kinda monopoly on free speech issues ..
Interesting also City would suddenly impose moretoreum surrounding this application.. and goes to show how City government pull all kind of shinanigans to circumvent business, personal ideals, the Constitution. .. and to advise ALSO that the moving party go "rent" space somewhere! Isn't that illegal? Couldn't that be qualified coercion in itself? Many City Attorney ought to be disbarred. |
