Tentative 'bare bones' budget approved for Saltsburg

Saltsburg Borough Council was able to hold off on raising taxes for yet another year, as it gave tentative approval to what President Elizabeth Rocco called a "bare bones" new budget.

they raised the sewage rates and say they didn't raise taxes. a rose by any other name... the only thing full of more sh!t than the sewage plant is the council.
