Jessie Chapen pleads guilty to felony theft
Superior -- On Thursday, January 14, 2010, 18 year old Superior resident Jessie Chapen appeared in Missoula before District Judge Robert L. Deschamps and entered a plea of guilty to the theft of approximately $7,000 from a residence near Saltese last summer.
