Former West Virginia volunteer firefighter enters plea deal

The Herald-Dispatch reports that if 19-year-old Allen Black successfully completes a three-year period of supervision, the felony charge will be dismissed and sentencing will move forward on misdemeanor counts of false alarm of a fire and conspiracy.
