Sprain speeder gives police his brother's name, faces impersonation charge, cops say
An Orange County man who was clocked going 80 mph on the southbound Sprain Brook Parkway early this morning was arrested on a misdemeanor criminal impersonation charge after he tried to pass himself off as his brother, police said.
