Swanton man faces parole violations following police chase
A convicted murderer out on parole faces new charges after leading police on a chase through St. Albans Monday night. Vermont State Police say troopers tried to pull over Rahel Barrows, 50, on I-89 around 9:30 p.m. Instead of stopping, he led police on an eight-mile chase through St. Albans and Swanton.
