Jeffrey A. Rasmussen, 39, 1960 Columbus St., was arrested Wednesday at Columbus and West Joliet streets on a La Salle County civil writ.

Craig A. Breese, 50, 808 N. Everett St., was arrested Thursday at home on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving on a suspended license.

A rural Ottawa man died Tuesday evening following a three-vehicle collision. Shane W. Bailey, 41, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on Route 71, north of North 31st Road in Rutland Township.
