Leblanc, 33, of 100 Elm St., Worcester, charged with three counts of assault and battery, four counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon , assault with a dangerous weapon , and vandalizing property, dismissed.

I absolutely do not understand why this case was dismissed.....
This person has been in and out of jail before, and this seems like it was a pretty violent incident.
Can someone please explain to me, why this loser is allowed to walk around a free man??
