RUSHVILLE, Ind., July 10, 2009 -- Omnicity Corp has taken the next step in their mission of becoming the premier provider of broadband services in the unserved and underserved rural market place of America by signing a multiyear contract with Educational Networks of America to provide services to Blackford County Schools in East Central Indiana.

Rush County youth workers, teachers, community leaders, youth ministers and others who impact the lives of children and youth can attend a free training event July 15 that will teach them to help children maximize their positive qualities and experiences on the road to successful adulthood.
